Lead comprehensive supply chain solution architecture, spanning warehouse automation, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Drive critical initiatives in solutioning, pre-sales, IT/OT integration, warehouse transformation, and automation.

Key duties include facilitating discovery workshops, conducting business requirement analyses, and designing robust supply chain solutions. You will architect solutions encompassing WMS, WCS, WES, ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, and Industrial Edge platforms. Defining integration strategies for warehouse automation technologies such as AGV, AMR, ASRS, and various conveyor systems is crucial. Design IT/OT integration architectures using standard protocols like OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus, alongside REST APIs and Industrial Ethernet.

Furthermore, you will support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and proposal development, along with client presentations. Responsibilities extend to creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), delivery roadmaps, resource plans, cost estimates, and transition strategies. A core focus will be driving large-scale warehouse modernization and manufacturing automation programs.

A mandatory background of 10+ years in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing is required. You must possess strong expertise in enterprise WMS platforms like Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Infor, or Körber.

Hands-on experience with WCS, WES, warehouse automation, and material handling integrations is essential. A deep understanding of MES, SCADA, PLCs, factory automation, and IT/OT integration is expected. Experience with platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Ignition, WinCC, AVEVA, or FactoryTalk is highly valued.

Proven experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, estimation, and proposal development is critical. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills are fundamental to this role. While not mandatory, experience with AGV, AMR, ASRS, RFID, and various warehouse robotics systems would be advantageous. Familiarity with Industrial Edge Computing and Edge-to-Cloud architectures is also a plus.
