Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations utilizing webMethods Integration Server (IS). Create and refine Flow Services, Java Services, and Adapter Services to meet project demands. Develop and consume both RESTful and SOAP Web Services, ensuring seamless data exchange. Manage API lifecycles, including creation, security, and management, through webMethods API Gateway. Implement B2B integrations by leveraging Trading Networks (TN) and established EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT.

Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and debug services using webMethods 10.x and webMethods.io. Proven experience configuring APIs and policies within webMethods API Gateway & Developer Portal. Solid understanding of JSON, REST, SOAP, and SQL. Knowledge of REST API best practices and API contract definition using YAML. Familiarity with integration architecture concepts like API-Led connectivity, Sync/Async patterns, Pub-Sub, and Batch processing. Experience integrating with backend systems, including databases (NoSQL/SQL), SOAP/RESTful APIs, and MQ. Proficiency with development tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Postman. Strong capabilities in API testing and analyzing technical requirements and issues. Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is beneficial. Understanding of design principles for writing clean, reusable code and familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, are essential.
