Key responsibilities include administering, configuring, and managing Oracle WebLogic Server environments. You will perform installations, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This involves managing WebLogic domains, servers, clusters, deployments, and related resources.

You will monitor application and middleware performance, troubleshoot production issues, and handle incident, problem, and change management. Additionally, you will resolve technical issues by collaborating with various infrastructure and application teams, performing log analysis, and supporting production releases. Experience with cloud and container technologies, including OpenShift, is crucial for managing applications in containerized environments.

We require strong experience in Oracle WebLogic Administration, including hands-on expertise with WebLogic Server, domains, clusters, deployments, JDBC/JMS, and JVM troubleshooting. Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) is essential.

This role also demands a good understanding of Linux/Unix administration, strong troubleshooting and production support skills, and experience with monitoring and log-analysis tools. Familiarity with application deployment and middleware architecture is necessary, along with excellent communication and coordination abilities. Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD, and shell scripting is preferred.
