Administer and maintain critical web servers (Apache HTTP, IBM IHS, NGINX, IIS) and Java application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat).

Configure and optimize server performance, including virtual hosts, reverse proxies, load balancing, SSL/TLS, and JVM tuning.

Deploy applications, manage clusters, and troubleshoot complex issues related to middleware and application performance.

Implement security best practices, hardening guidelines, and manage certificates and access controls.

Automate server builds, deployments, and configurations using scripting and CI/CD tools. Support high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability strategies.

Participate in operational support, incident response, and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Web, Application, or Middleware Administration is required.

Proficiency with major web servers like Apache HTTP, IBM IHS, NGINX, and IIS, alongside application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, and Tomcat is essential.

Strong administration skills in Linux/Unix are mandatory, with experience in Windows Server administration for IIS.

Expertise in SSL/TLS, TCP/IP, load balancing, proxying, and certificate management is critical.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automation tools, and scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell) is necessary for this role.

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is expected.
