Design, build, deploy, and refine scalable, modern full-stack web applications using Google's development tools. Responsibilities include ensuring robust backends, creating data aggregation pipelines, implementing engaging frontends, and enhancing existing services.

Analyze complex problems, develop effective solutions, identify dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful implementation.

Make significant technical contributions through writing and reviewing design documents, tests, and code in languages like JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, and SQL.

Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of Google's technologies, principles, practices, and coding standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional users and stakeholders to pinpoint pain points and devise innovative technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Significant experience is needed, with a minimum of 6 years in full-stack software development and system design.

Proficiency in frontend languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript is essential.

Experience with backend languages including Java, Python, or C++ is necessary.

Demonstrated experience working with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, is required.

An additional 2 years of experience in site reliability engineering, information security, or DevOps practices is preferred.

Experience as a tech lead or engineering manager, along with knowledge of technical constraints in designing for web technologies, is considered advantageous.
