Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs that seamlessly integrate with web applications, delivering automated workflows and actionable insights.

Design, build, and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions, including single and multi-agent systems utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), versioned prompt libraries, and evaluation frameworks.

Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code, ensuring the reliability, security, and accuracy of deployed solutions. Develop comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks for both deterministic and model-based outputs.

Author and review technical design documents for scalable systems. Create detailed project plans and successfully deliver engineering projects on time and within budget with minimal supervision.

Innovate new approaches to tackle large-scale business problems, implementing rule-based and AI-driven automations to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt. Collaborate effectively across global time zones and serve as a trusted technical advisor on cross-functional initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack or back-end software development, coupled with strong system design capabilities.

Demonstrated experience with distributed data processing technologies like BigQuery and Spark, event streaming platforms such as Kafka, and scalable communication protocols including gRPC and Protocol Buffers.

Proficiency in working with diverse database technologies, encompassing both SQL and NoSQL.

Experience in designing and optimizing databases is highly preferred, alongside familiarity with systems for collaborative code reviews, version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.

Exhibit the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and effectively influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and Business Leaders.
