Create and customize JavaScript modules, optimizing performance and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

A strong understanding of UI development, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards is essential. Proficiency in HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5) and CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3) is required, including concepts like pixel-perfect design and cross-browsing. Expertise in JavaScript (DOM, CORE, JSON, AJAX, jQuery) and its libraries is also a must.
