As a Web Developer Associate, you will be responsible for developing complex website architectures from the ground up. This includes creating advanced XHTML static and dynamic structures, integrating pages with server-side systems, and ensuring a deep understanding of semantic web principles and best practices. You will also be involved in developing CSS3 style sheets for entire sites and individual pages, with a focus on mobile and tablet layouts.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in UI development, cross-browser compatibility, and general web standards. Proficiency in HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5) and CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3) is essential, along with a thorough understanding of concepts like pixel perfection and cross-browsing. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (DOM, CORE, JSON, AJAX, jQuery), including libraries, components, best practices, and optimization techniques, is also required. A degree in any graduation is a prerequisite for this position.
