The position involves creating designs for digital marketing ads and promotions, and working with a software system that simplifies website content creation and management for users with minimal programming knowledge.

As an individual contributor on a focused team, you will resolve routine issues by following established guidelines and consulting general procedures. Your interactions will primarily be with your immediate team and supervisor. You will receive clear instructions for daily tasks and guidance for new assignments. The decisions you make will influence your own work. This role may involve working in rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities include: - Balancing increased marketing complexity with reduced marketing resources. - Driving marketing performance through functional and technical expertise. - Accelerating time-to-market and improving operating efficiencies at scale via Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. - Designing and creating digital marketing advertisements and promotions.

We are seeking individuals with a strong primary skill in Web Content Management (P4) and a secondary skill in Web Development (P3). A graduate degree is required, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. This position is for a full-time Web Developer Associate based in Hyderabad.
