As a Marketing Operations professional, your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This encompasses campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management, all aimed at enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The position demands strong analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in marketing technologies to ensure smooth strategy implementation and measurable results.
In this role, you will analyze and resolve lower-complexity problems, interacting primarily with peers before updating supervisors. You may have limited client or Accenture management exposure and will receive moderate instruction for daily tasks, with detailed guidance on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially others' as you contribute as an individual within a focused team scope. This position may require working in rotational shifts.
We are seeking candidates with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to articulate issues clearly across stakeholders. A robust understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and JavaScript prototypes is essential. This role requires excellent team coordination skills and flexibility with shift timings. Experience in planning and delivering web-based platforms for multiple products and organizational units is valuable. Hands-on experience with any CMS platform is a plus.
Proficiency is required in: - HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5) for developing complex website architecture and advanced static/dynamic structures, integrating pages with server-side components, and understanding semantic web best practices. - CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3) for creating style sheets, implementing best practices, mobile/tablet layouts, and achieving pixel-perfect, cross-browser designs. - JavaScript (DOM, CORE, JSON, AJAX, Jquery) for creating/customizing modules, employing advanced libraries and components, and optimizing JS performance. - Unit Testing for every task completed.
We expect a minimum of 3-4 years in templates development and maintenance, working with Content Management Systems, and building responsive/fluid designs. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are necessary. Flexibility to work in shifts is a requirement.
