We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to enhance the user experience of our global marketing website and associated digital platforms. This role involves developing and maintaining the front-end, component library, and design system, working within a U.S.-led Web Operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong front-end development fundamentals, expertise in design systems, and component-driven architecture. Experience with scalable, API-first, and AI-enabled digital environments is crucial. This is a hands-on role focused on building polished, accessible, and performant user experiences on a modern headless CMS.

This position is key to ensuring our website delivers a top-tier user experience, supporting structured content, component reuse, personalization, intelligent search, and AI-driven features while meeting accessibility and global presentation needs.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining front-end website functionality, React components, and page templates. You will build and manage a component library using React, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistency and accessibility.

Implement front-end page layouts within the Next.js framework, translating UX/design specifications into production-ready components. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate Sanity CMS content and APIs.

Participate in agile/scrum workflows, implement analytics tracking, and ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance. Optimize client-side performance for Core Web Vitals and support SEO/AEO/GEO requirements. Own front-end implementation of personalization, A/B testing, and chatbot integrations. Build and maintain forms, handling validation and error management.

Implement localization patterns, conduct cross-browser/device QA, and troubleshoot issues. Document component library standards and architecture decisions. Utilize AI-enabled coding tools and modern development practices for continuous improvement.

We require 5+ years of professional front-end web development experience, with at least 3 years focused on advanced React, including hooks and state management. A minimum of 2 years of experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS is also essential.

Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a production component library/design system is a must, along with proficiency in translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate code. A strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and client-side performance optimization is critical.

Experience consuming APIs from headless CMS, implementing analytics tracking (GA4, GTM), and conducting cross-browser/device testing is necessary. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows is expected.

Experience with B2B, SaaS, or global marketing websites is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI-enabled development tools, shadcn/ui, Sanity CMS, and personalization platforms.
