We are seeking a skilled Web Design UX/UI Advisor to shape intuitive and engaging user interfaces across various platforms. As a key member of our product teams, you will translate complex user needs into elegant design solutions. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet both customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive user research, defining information architecture, and creating detailed wireframes and prototypes. You will design responsive and accessible experiences, ensuring adherence to WCAG 2.2 AA standards. The role involves defining interaction patterns, contributing to enterprise design systems, and maintaining design consistency.

Collaborate effectively with product management to shape strategy and with engineering teams during implementation. You will present design concepts to stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, and validate designs through usability testing. Iterative improvements based on feedback and UX metrics are crucial for success.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design is required, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX process.

Essential skills include proficiency in design thinking, user research, information architecture, and interaction design. Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro is necessary. Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals, responsive frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is also expected. Experience with enterprise, SaaS, mobile, or customer-facing digital products is highly desirable.
