This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Yardi Investment Management solutions, acting as a key liaison between business, data, and technology teams. It demands in-depth knowledge of Yardi, Private Markets operations, and ETL processes for effective data onboarding, migration, integration, and continuous platform optimization.

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Yardi Investment Management and its associated modules.

Gather, analyze, and meticulously document business and data requirements.

Provide comprehensive support for data migration, onboarding, and ETL activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.

Collaborate effectively with business, data, and technology teams to resolve complex functional and data-related issues.

Conduct in-depth data analysis and perform root cause investigations for production and project-related problems.

Support various testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-production validation.

Develop and maintain essential functional documentation, data mappings, and process guides.

Offer functional support and deliver training sessions to end users.

Actively contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives across the investment platform ecosystem.

Possess over 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Investment Management or other Yardi solutions.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of Private Markets, encompassing Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Fund investments.

Showcase knowledge of ETL processes, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and migration activities.

Exhibit familiarity with investment fund structures, legal entities, portfolio companies, and underlying assets.

Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities.

Have experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear functional specifications.

Understand investment operations, accounting, reporting, and portfolio administration processes.

Possess a high-level grasp of data models and data integration concepts.

Utilize strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
