This role is crucial for supporting front-to-back private markets processes, leveraging technology for innovation, and improving operational effectiveness. You will contribute to a better working world by delivering exceptional client service and innovative solutions.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for private markets business processes and supporting technology. Gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and transformations.

Support the entire investment lifecycle, including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and investor reporting. Collaborate with investment, operations, finance, and technology teams to deliver solutions.

Drive process automation and workflow optimization. Perform functional design, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support platform integrations and analyze operational issues to recommend technology solutions.

Ensure data quality and adherence to governance frameworks. Assist in implementing strategic platforms and operating model transformations. You will also be responsible for decision-making, process optimization, and team management.

We are seeking a techno-functional professional with at least 15 years of experience in private markets, investment operations, or investment technology. A strong understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Fund-of-Funds operations is essential.

Hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design is required. Experience working with technology delivery teams in Agile or hybrid environments, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, is also necessary.

Preferred technology experience includes platforms like eFront, BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Allvue, iLEVEL, Dynamo, Investran, State Street platforms, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is beneficial.
