As a Techno-Functional Specialist, you'll be instrumental in enhancing processes and technology within the Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) practice. Your expertise will support business and technology teams in delivering impactful solutions across private markets functions, leveraging data and advanced technology.

Analyze and document business requirements for technology and process improvements. Support key private markets investment lifecycle activities, including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and reporting. Collaborate with business users and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization.

Conduct functional and user acceptance testing, manage defect tracking, and resolve issues. Assist with data validation, quality reviews, and reporting. Support platform implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancements. Develop comprehensive documentation for business processes, SOPs, functional requirements, and test scenarios. Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues and contribute to project deliverables within established timelines and quality standards.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in private markets operations, business analysis, or investment technology is essential. A solid understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Fund-of-Funds, or Hedge Fund operations is required. Prior exposure to areas like capital calls, distributions, valuations, commitments, investment accounting, data management, or investor reporting is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering, process documentation, and conducting functional testing, including UAT. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills are a must. The ability to manage tasks independently and contribute effectively within cross-functional teams is expected.
