We are seeking a Techno-Functional Specialist for our Private Markets division, focusing on enhancing business and technology operations within private markets functions.

This role offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, implement technology initiatives, and deliver operational enhancements. You will collaborate with business and technology teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions across the private markets lifecycle. Support the detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements for technology and process enhancement projects.

Assist in managing key private markets investment lifecycle activities, including deal onboarding, capital calls, distributions, valuations, and reporting.

Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams to facilitate successful solution delivery.

Participate actively in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization to streamline operations.

Contribute to functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution processes.

Assist with data validation, data quality reviews, and the generation of essential reports.

Support initiatives related to platform implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancements.

Develop comprehensive documentation for business processes, standard operating procedures, functional requirements, and test scenarios.

Aid in the analysis and resolution of operational and system-related challenges.

Work closely with project teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in private markets operations, business analysis, investment technology, or a closely related domain is required.

A solid understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Fund-of-Funds, or Hedge Fund operations is essential.

Prior exposure to capital calls, distributions, valuations, commitments, investment accounting, data management, or investor reporting is expected.

Experience in business requirements gathering, process documentation, functional testing, and UAT activities is necessary.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is beneficial.

Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement is crucial.

Proven ability to manage assigned tasks independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
