As a key member of the Consulting - WAM service line, you will focus on Private Markets, encompassing Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds. The role is designed for professionals who can bridge business needs with technological solutions.

This position requires serving as a subject matter expert for private markets business processes and their supporting technology platforms. You will be instrumental in gathering and documenting business requirements for system enhancements and transformation projects. Your responsibilities include supporting the entire investment lifecycle, from deal onboarding and capital calls to distributions, valuations, and investor reporting. Collaboration with investment, operations, finance, and technology teams will be crucial for delivering effective business and technology solutions. You will also identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and workflow improvements, alongside leading functional design discussions and supporting testing activities.

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in private markets operations, business analysis, or investment technology. A strong grasp of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Fund-of-Funds, or Hedge Fund operations is essential. Experience with capital calls, distributions, cash management, valuations, commitments, investment accounting, and investor reporting is required. Proven hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, functional design, and testing is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
