We are seeking a Techno-Functional Specialist with deep expertise in private markets operations, investment lifecycle management, and technology. This role collaborates with business and technology teams to enhance private markets processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive transformation initiatives.

As a subject matter expert, you will guide private markets business processes and technology platforms. You will gather and analyze business requirements for system enhancements and transformation projects. Responsibilities include supporting the entire investment lifecycle, from deal onboarding to investor reporting. Collaborate with investment, operations, finance, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Lead functional design discussions and support user acceptance testing. Facilitate integrations between private markets platforms and downstream systems. Analyze operational challenges and propose scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Promote data quality, governance, and control frameworks. Support strategic platform and operating model initiatives, including change management. Plan and coordinate workstream activities, manage dependencies, and mentor junior team members.

We are looking for professionals with 8-12 years of experience in private markets operations, business analysis, or investment technology. A strong understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Fund-of-Funds, or Hedge Fund operations is essential.

Demonstrated experience with capital calls, distributions, cash management, valuations, commitments, investment accounting, and investor reporting is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, functional design, and testing. Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments is crucial. Strong leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are key for success in this role.
