Join EY's Investment Technology / Front Office Technology team as an experienced Business Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing, supporting, and optimizing the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) across the entire investment lifecycle. As a Business Analyst, you will engage with front-office users to capture business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for CRIMS modules, including Order Management, Portfolio Management, and Compliance.

You will configure CRIMS components, troubleshoot daily operations, and resolve issues related to order workflows, trade routing, compliance rules, and data quality. Leading or participating in CRIMS upgrades and new implementations will be a key aspect of this role.

Furthermore, you will ensure high-quality data within CRIMS and support interfaces with downstream systems. Serving as a liaison between business and technology teams, you will provide end-user training and prepare essential documentation.

We are seeking candidates with 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in investment or asset management technology. Hands-on experience with Charles River IMS (version 23R1 and above preferred) across OMS, Compliance, or PM modules is essential.

A strong understanding of various investment products like Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX, and Money Markets is required, alongside knowledge of front-to-back investment workflows. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for troubleshooting, coupled with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology, is crucial.

Familiarity with CRIMS compliance rule building, FIX connectivity, IBOR/ABOR processes, and cloud-based CRD implementations are considered advantageous. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this fast-paced environment.
