This role seeks seasoned Business Analysts with proven expertise in asset classes like fixed income, equity, or derivatives. Essential is hands-on experience with front-office applications, data management, relational data models, SQL queries, and a comprehensive understanding of the buy-side business within Wealth and Asset Management firms.

As an individual contributor or project lead within Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) initiatives, you will be instrumental in driving project success. Responsibilities include managing junior business analysts as project needs dictate, translating requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and serving as a key liaison with onsite coordinators. You will ensure timely task completion, provide regular status updates to leads and managers, and interact with client representatives and data sources to define requirements. Travel to client locations will be required as needed.

We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in financial services and capital markets, specifically possessing domain knowledge across front, middle, and back-office functions for both buy-side and sell-side businesses. A strong grasp of portfolio management, trade execution, data control, operations, and portfolio administration is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a high-level understanding of data models and application/business architecture. Key skills include effectively gathering and streamlining client requirements, understanding business needs and aligning them with product capabilities, defining customization and integration requirements, and possessing experience with databases like Oracle, MS SQL, or DB2, coupled with strong data analytics skills. A deep understanding of CFA concepts and excellent leadership and client-facing abilities are essential. An MBA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent with over 15 years of experience is required.
