Develop and deliver effective WalkMe solutions, encompassing requirements gathering, meticulous development, thorough testing, and seamless publishing within enterprise environments. Create engaging end-user courses, job aids, and quick reference guides, particularly for ERP implementations. Facilitate crucial discussions with subject matter experts and articulate complex processes clearly in written training materials. Support the delivery of train-the-trainer programs to empower internal teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WalkMe implementation and functionality. Contribute to the administration and analytics of WalkMe platforms, ensuring smooth handover processes to administrators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables across multiple process areas, even with overlapping timelines.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital adoption or enterprise application training is essential, with at least 2 years dedicated to hands-on WalkMe development. Experience supporting SAP business processes, ideally SAP S/4HANA/Fiori, in at least one key area is required. You must possess hands-on experience developing end-user training materials for ERP implementations.

Strong communication and facilitation skills are necessary to engage with SMEs and clearly explain processes. Preference will be given to candidates with WalkMe certification, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and experience in specific SAP modules like Order to Cash or Procure to Pay. Proficiency in Spanish or Malay is a plus.
