Champion an enterprise-wide AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Systems strategy aligned with business goals. Influence executive leadership on long-term AI investments and operating models. Develop multi-year roadmaps for AI-enabled transformation across healthcare sectors. Establish AI as a key differentiator driving growth and productivity.

Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic client relationships, building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives. Lead AI transformation discussions, helping clients define their AI maturity and future operating models. Shape large strategic deals and platform modernization initiatives. Represent the organization in key steering committees and innovation councils.

Establish the vision and governance for Agentic AI adoption. Drive innovation in multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and LLM-powered decision systems. Lead responsible deployment of advanced AI, ensuring governance, transparency, security, and compliance.

Act as an external thought leader in industry forums and conferences. Publish thought leadership pieces and build relationships with technology partners and industry analysts.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess over 18 years of progressive leadership experience in AI, data, digital transformation, engineering, or technology consulting.

Demonstrate proven experience managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls, strategic programs, and global delivery organizations.

Extensive executive engagement experience with C-suite stakeholders is essential.

Solid experience within the healthcare or life sciences industry is necessary.

Showcase demonstrated success leading large-scale AI organizations and portfolios with executive accountability.

Possess deep expertise in AI engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale platform delivery.
