As the User Research Lead, you will translate research objectives into comprehensive plans, defining cohorts, sample sizes, and outreach strategies, alongside designing questionnaires. You'll conduct insightful user interviews, probing effectively to uncover genuine needs and feedback while maintaining neutrality. Your responsibilities include synthesizing complex survey and interview data into actionable business insights and presenting findings compellingly to align stakeholders. You will also manage a repository of past research and collaborate closely with success, product, and sales teams to embed user insights into decision-making processes.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6 to 10 years of dedicated experience in user research and insight synthesis. Prior experience in CX, UX, or UI research, ideally within consumer-focused companies, is highly preferred. A strong command of various research methodologies, including data analysis, surveys, and interviews, is essential. Exceptional communication skills are vital for effectively managing and aligning key stakeholders across product, success, and sales departments. A background from leading customer research agencies or prominent user-first organizations is advantageous. Immediate or short notice period joiners are strongly preferred.
