This role focuses on building and enhancing AI-driven conversational experiences, integrating advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) with speech processing capabilities. You will be instrumental in creating seamless and intelligent voice interactions for telephony and real-time communication platforms.

Design and develop voice solution call flows leveraging Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) components. Build and refine NLP/NLU models for accurate intent classification and entity extraction. Implement LLMs for effective context management and fallback handling, including human handoff mechanisms. Create metrics and dashboards to monitor system accuracy and performance, driving continuous improvement in conversational AI.

Define performance benchmarks for STT transformation, response accuracy, and latency. Mentor colleagues and junior team members on technical best practices. Specialize in voice and speech technologies to build and optimize intelligent voice-based solutions at an enterprise level.

A strong background in designing and deploying voice-based solutions at an enterprise scale is essential. Proven expertise in conversational AI and NLP-based systems is required. Demonstrate strong experience in distributed systems and scalable architecture design, capable of handling significant traffic. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Go, is mandatory. A research-oriented mindset to evaluate emerging technologies is highly valued.

Experience with Vertex or Kore.ai is considered a plus. This role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
