Translate the established brand system across all touchpoints, including web sections, launch banners, social media, product marketing, event collateral, and print materials, ensuring immediate brand recognition.

Adapt design strategies to specific contexts rather than relying on templates, understanding that a model launch banner, developer documentation header, and enterprise one-pager require distinct visual approaches.

Innovate and expand the brand's visual language by developing unique expressions rooted in the master system, pushing creative boundaries while maintaining unmistakable brand identity. Experiment, propose, and advocate for new design directions.

Integrate AI as a core tool in the design process for generation, iteration, variation, retouching, and cleanup, utilizing it effectively to enhance work rather than as a mere novelty.

Incorporate motion graphics into designs, creating short loops, animated logos, launch films, and web animations to enhance visual storytelling and convey dynamic brand elements.

A minimum of 3 years of experience designing communication assets, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing versatility across various real-world applications, not just polished examples of similar work.

Possess strong foundational design principles in typography, hierarchy, grid systems, spacing, and color theory. We value how you set type and utilize space, prioritizing genuine understanding over fleeting trends.

Proficiency in Figma is essential, including expertise in components, variables, auto-layout, and the creation of buildable libraries.

Working-level expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator, coupled with sufficient After Effects skills to independently produce motion graphics.

Native fluency and a clear perspective on integrating AI design tools into professional workflows.

Demonstrated ability to extend a brand system beyond its initial guidelines, showcasing where you have pushed creative boundaries and added unique value.
