BCG Platinion is seeking Visiting Associates with an Enterprise Solutions focus, particularly in SAP. This role involves supporting consulting teams for a minimum of two months starting in autumn 2026. You will contribute to complex ERP transformation projects, with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA, working both on-site with clients and within BCG Platinion offices.

This position offers a unique opportunity to apply and enhance your existing skills within a dynamic project environment. You'll be instrumental in guiding clients through critical project phases and developing target ERP architectures for intricate IT landscapes.

You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to identify potential value for clients. Collaborating with your project team, you will guide clients through project lifecycles, including strategy development, planning, implementation, and go-live phases.

Responsibilities also include contributing to the development and definition of ERP target architectures for complex IT environments. As an integral team member, you will be responsible for preparing and following up on client meetings and presentations, alongside processing project-relevant analyses and data.

Candidates should be in the advanced stages of bachelor's or master's studies in (business) informatics or a related field, demonstrating excellent academic performance. Strong IT knowledge and prior practical experience from internships or student roles, ideally in IT project management and the ERP/SAP domain, are essential.

Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). The role demands comfort working within interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, driven by a customer- and results-oriented approach. Fluency in both German and English is necessary for understanding and communicating complex topics.
