This role is integral to our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) offerings, which include Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results. We utilize cutting-edge Connected Capital Technologies to deliver impactful solutions.

- Drive EdTech strategy and contribute to Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) initiatives. - Develop and deliver insightful, practical solutions to complex client problems in the TMT sector. - Collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Provide strategic advisory services related to M&A, capital allocation, and financial planning analytics.
