This role is within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) sector, specifically focusing on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry. We assist TMT companies in navigating industry convergence, developing agile corporate strategies for growth, and achieving operational excellence.

Our SaT practice helps clients reimagine their ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a sustainable future. We utilize our Capital Agenda framework to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges for a diverse range of clients, including corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) drive competitive advantage through improved decision-making in areas like Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results.

Focus on delivering technical excellence within Strategy and Corporate Development, with a specific emphasis on EdTech.
