A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of dedicated experience in Debt Advisory is essential for this role. Candidates must possess a strong background in fund raising, including debt, structured finance, and bonds, with a significant focus on the real estate domain. Experience in securing construction finance, LRD, and land funding is highly valued. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, alongside proven stakeholder management capabilities. An MBA or CA qualification is required.
