This role offers a unique opportunity to join our National Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - S&E - Corporate Strategy team in New Delhi. Our SaT division helps clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and prepare for the future through strategic financial, operational, and commercial guidance. We leverage our Capital Agenda framework to address complex client challenges, assisting various entities with capital allocation, financial planning, and risk/return optimization. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) encompass Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results, all supported by advanced technologies.

Drive impactful client outcomes by providing strong consulting expertise, focusing on cost optimization, due diligence, GTM strategy, and accelerating growth and revenue within the technology sector. You will lead process transformation initiatives by analyzing business models, operating structures, and performance drivers. Developing data-driven solutions and employing structured problem-solving techniques are key to addressing complex client challenges.

Lead project teams through the entire lifecycle, from solution design and analysis to executing strategic workstreams. Effectively interface with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable recommendations, and ensure high-impact delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA from a Tier 1 college and at least 6 years of relevant experience in Consulting or the Tech Sector. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, is essential.
