Strategy and Transactions leverages our Capital Agenda framework to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges for a wide range of clients, including corporates, private equity, and government entities. We specialize in areas such as portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning, and risk/return optimization. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) encompass strategy, corporate finance, buy and integrate, sell and separate, and reshaping results, all supported by advanced technologies to enhance decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

As a Vice President, you will provide strong consulting expertise in areas such as cost optimization, due diligence, go-to-market strategy, and revenue acceleration, particularly within the technology sector. You will lead process transformation initiatives by analyzing business models and operating structures. Developing data-driven solutions and employing structured problem-solving approaches will be crucial for addressing complex client challenges. You will also guide project teams through solution design, analysis, and strategic execution, while effectively interfacing with clients to translate business needs into actionable, high-impact recommendations.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or the tech sector. An MBA from a Tier 1 college is a mandatory qualification for this role. Ideal candidates possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
