We are seeking a highly intelligent and skilled Vice President to join our Infrastructure Advisory team in Kolkata. This role is within our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice, focusing on driving digital transformation and helping public sector entities reinvent themselves.

Our SaT (Strategy and Transactions) division empowers clients with strategic financial and operational insights. We work with leading businesses, private equity, governments, and educational institutions to address their most complex financial challenges, from portfolio review to capital allocation. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) framework supports clients in optimizing their capital.

This leadership position requires a strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You will collaborate across multiple client departments, navigating commercial and legal requirements to deliver practical and insightful solutions.

Lead and manage a team, providing strategic guidance and oversight. Deliver high-quality advisory services to government and public sector clients. Develop and present insightful solutions to complex financial and operational problems. Foster a collaborative environment to serve diverse client needs. Ensure adherence to commercial and legal requirements in all engagements. Contribute to the growth and success of the Infrastructure Advisory practice.

A Master of Planning degree from a reputable institute is essential, coupled with an Architecture background. Minimum of 14 years of experience, specifically within the government sector. Demonstrated intelligence, strong communication and presentation skills. Proven leadership abilities and robust business acumen. Ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical, insightful solutions to complex issues. Agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative approach to problem-solving.
