Advance your career as a Vice President in our M&A Advisory team, focusing on the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector. This role is integral to our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, where we help clients navigate complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges.

Our AMI industry market encompasses aerospace, defense, chemicals, infrastructure, industrial products, automotive, and transportation. We empower clients by transforming how goods and services are designed, created, bought, and sold. By fostering cross-sector collaboration and resource pooling, we address common challenges and develop cohesive market responses.

Within SaT, we guide clients through their Capital Agenda, offering solutions for portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning, and decision support. Our expertise helps manage risk/return trade-offs for optimal financing and capital efficiency. We leverage our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) – Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshaping Results – underpinned by advanced technologies to drive competitive advantage and enhanced returns.

As Vice President of M&A Advisory, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive transaction success. This includes developing sophisticated cash flow models for transaction analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.

You will be responsible for preparing essential client-facing documents such as teasers, information memorandums, and pitch books. Hands-on experience in managing the entire deal lifecycle, from due diligence through documentation support, is crucial.

A key aspect of this role involves leading go-to-market initiatives within West India, with a strategic emphasis on deal origination and strengthening market positioning. Working knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly the developer landscape in Mumbai and Pune, is highly advantageous for this position.

To excel in this role, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, an MBA from a tier 1 business school, or a CA qualification is required.

We are seeking candidates with 10-12 years of substantial work experience, ideally within an Investment Bank or Capital Markets team.
