Our SaT practice utilizes a Capital Agenda framework to address critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions for a diverse range of clients. We offer expertise in areas such as Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance, and EY Parthenon Strategy and Execution.

Drive the development and execution of corporate strategies, particularly within the BPRE and advanced manufacturing sectors. Provide expert strategic consulting for transactions, focusing on value creation and innovative solutions. Lead cross-functional teams effectively to ensure project alignment and successful execution.

Cultivate and manage key client relationships, leveraging a strong market presence. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and trends impacting strategic planning and transactional activities. Apply consulting expertise in areas like growth strategy, market entry, diversification, commercial due diligence, and go-to-market strategies.

To excel in this role, you will possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Significant experience in client-facing strategy consulting is essential.
