This role as Vice President within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) sector, specifically focusing on Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Corporate Strategy, is based in New Delhi. The AMI industry market encompasses Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation sectors. We assist clients in navigating a rapidly evolving business landscape, from product design and creation to sales and services.

The Strategy and Transactions team empowers clients to reimagine their business ecosystems and reshape their portfolios for a better future. Utilizing our Capital Agenda framework, we address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges for a diverse range of clients, including corporations, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions. We help optimize capital allocation through services like portfolio review, financial planning analytics, and decision support, managing risk/return trade-offs for improved financial efficiency.

Develop and execute corporate strategies within the BPRE and advanced manufacturing sectors. Provide expert strategic consulting for transactions, driving value creation and innovative solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and client alignment. Cultivate and manage key client relationships, establishing a strong market presence. Analyze industry dynamics and trends to inform strategic planning and transactional activities. Apply consulting expertise to areas such as growth strategy, market entry, diversification, commercial due diligence, and go-to-market strategies.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. Significant experience in client-facing strategy consulting is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is expected.
