Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Enterprise Value Strategy & Transformation. This pivotal role involves embedding a unified language of value across the organization, scaling Mastercard's Value Quantification (MVQ) capability globally. You will operate at the nexus of strategy, product, pricing, sales, customer success, analytics, and technology, partnering with leaders to translate value vision into tangible capabilities and solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic thinking, program leadership, operational excellence, and adept stakeholder management to drive transformation within a global, matrixed environment.

Drive the execution of Mastercard's enterprise value strategy and roadmap, evolving existing capabilities into a unified MVQ framework. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance how value is measured, communicated, and applied across the business.
Collaborate with diverse teams including Product, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Success to embed MVQ into commercial, product, and customer engagement processes. Foster alignment on value measurement standards and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of MVQ, leading communication and training programs. Establish success metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to enhance the value quantification platform and capabilities. Drive the development of scalable methodologies, value models, and insights, integrating new data sources and AI approaches.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise MVQ program, establishing governance processes and decision-making frameworks. Track progress against strategic objectives and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Mentor team members to build organizational capability in value quantification and value-based decision-making.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, commercial excellence, customer value, pricing, analytics, or product management is required. Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex global organizations is essential.
Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills are critical. Experience developing business cases, ROI models, value frameworks, or commercial strategy initiatives is expected.
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence across various functions and hierarchical levels, are a must. Experience driving organizational change and facilitating the adoption of new processes, capabilities, or platforms is also necessary.
Robust people leadership experience, including the proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, is a key requirement for this role.
