This role is for a Vice President within the Business Consulting group, specifically focusing on Supply Chain & Operations within the Consumer Health and Life Sciences (CHS) and Chemicals sectors. EY Consulting drives business transformation through people, technology, and innovation, solving our clients' most strategic problems with a client-centric approach.

Our Business Consulting service line helps clients reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges. We specialize in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, offering deep functional expertise for large-scale programs.

Drive cost reduction initiatives across key areas including direct/indirect procurement and logistics.

Lead supply chain transformations to enhance service levels, optimize inventory, and reduce overall costs.

Implement process efficiencies in manufacturing to improve throughput, yield, asset availability, and energy consumption.

Develop and execute EBITA improvement programs leveraging various value chain levers.

Build digital and AI strategies, and spearhead AI-led profitability improvement initiatives.

Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives.

Develop and refine client propositions, contribute to asset building, and drive thought leadership.

Support and lead business development efforts with existing and new clients.

Build and lead high-performing teams of consultants.

Manage programs and commercial aspects effectively.

Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A Bachelor in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, is also required.
