The Supply Chain and Operations team within EY Consulting focuses on driving significant improvements for clients by leveraging industry insights, advanced technology, and strategic partnerships to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure operational resilience.

Key responsibilities include driving cost reduction programs across various client cost areas such as direct/indirect procurement and logistics. You will lead supply chain transformations to boost service levels, optimize inventory, and cut costs. Additionally, you will focus on enhancing manufacturing efficiencies through improved throughput, yield, asset availability, and energy conservation. This role also involves driving EBITA improvement initiatives and building digital and AI strategies for profitability enhancement. Cultivating trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives is paramount, alongside developing and sharpening client propositions, contributing to asset building and thought leadership, supporting business development, and leading strong consultant teams. Robust program and commercial management are also essential.

To qualify, candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A Bachelor in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, is also required. We seek individuals with 7 to 9 years of experience in a leading consulting organization.
