As Vice President, you will lead and direct client engagements within the Life Sciences practice, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex business challenges, developing practical, data-driven recommendations, and managing engagement workstreams. You will drive disciplined delivery across teams, applying consulting methodologies to assess processes, identify gaps, and support transformation initiatives. This role requires providing senior-level oversight for complex consulting projects, with a strong emphasis on quality and demonstrable business impact.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce from a tier-1 college. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Management Consulting specifically within the Life Sciences sector is required.
