Join NVIDIA as an elite Verification Engineer, shaping the future of PCI Express controllers for cutting-edge GPUs and SOCs. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact diverse product lines, from consumer graphics to AI and autonomous vehicles. Become part of a globally distributed team dedicated to pushing technological boundaries and defining the next era of computing.
NVIDIA is at the forefront of parallel and visual computing, transforming how graphics solve complex challenges. Originally designed for virtual worlds, our GPUs now power AI, deep learning, and intelligent systems. We are recognized as the "AI computing company," driving innovation across various industries.
Your core responsibility will be verifying ASIC designs, architecture, golden models, and micro-architecture of PCIE controllers at IP and sub-system levels. You'll employ state-of-the-art methodologies like UVM to build reusable components such as bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards within a coverage-driven verification framework.
You are expected to thoroughly understand design specifications and implementations, define verification scope, develop comprehensive test plans, write tests, and establish the necessary verification infrastructure to ensure design correctness. Close collaboration with architects, designers, and pre/post-silicon verification teams will be key to successfully accomplishing your tasks.
We are seeking candidates with a B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A strong background in verification at the Unit, Sub-system, or SOC level using Verilog and SystemVerilog is essential.
Experience with verifying IP or interconnect protocols such as PCI Express, USB, or SATA is required. You should also have experience developing and working within functional coverage-based constrained random verification environments. Familiarity with DV methodologies like UVM/VMM and industry-standard simulation and debug tools is expected.
Stand out with excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of PCIe protocol (Gen3 and above), and proficiency in testbench development using SystemVerilog. Experience with scripting languages like Perl or Python, along with good debugging and analytical abilities, will further strengthen your application.
