As a Verification Engineer for the Memory Subsystem, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity of ASIC designs. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing advanced verification methodologies for ASIC design, architecture, and micro-architecture. - Defining verification scope, building verification infrastructure, and validating design correctness. - Creating comprehensive test plans, tests, and reusable verification components (BFMs, monitors, checkers, scoreboards). - Conducting performance and deadlock verification for the GPU memory subsystem. - Driving verification closure through functional coverage and collaborating with architects and design teams.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A B.Tech. or M.Tech. degree with at least two years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in verifying complex IPs, units, and sub-systems. - Expertise in verification using random stimulus, functional coverage, and assertion-based methodologies. - Proficiency in Verilog and familiarity with SystemVerilog or similar Hardware Verification Languages (HVLs). - Knowledge of verification methodologies such as UVM/VMM and experience with industry-standard simulation and debug tools.
Additionally, experience in memory subsystem or network interconnect IP verification, strong debugging and analytical skills, and scripting knowledge (Python, Perl, shell) are advantageous.
