Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include defining and developing system-level RTL and performance monitoring strategies for NVIDIA's advanced SoCs and GPUs within the HWPM team. You will create detailed test plans, implement tests, and employ robust verification approaches to ensure microarchitecture and design functionality.

Develop and maintain reusable, scalable testbenches and components using System Verilog and UVM. Collaborate closely with architects, RTL designers, and software engineers to guarantee feature completeness, performance visibility, and verification closure.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with an M.Tech. (or equivalent) in VLSI or Electronics Engineering, or a B.Tech. with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include hands-on unit and/or system-level verification, with experience in testbench development and maintenance, preferably using System Verilog and standard methodologies.

Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation is required, alongside strong debugging fundamentals for waveform analysis and issue isolation. Familiarity with industry-standard simulation and debug tools like VCS, Xcelium, or Verdi is necessary. A solid grasp of RTL design concepts and experience with Verilog or SystemVerilog are crucial.

Experience with UVM is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively with design, DV, and automation teams.
