You will be instrumental in steering multi-quarter business delivery across high-velocity sales programs. This involves close collaboration with vendor sales leadership, guiding consultative sellers, and ensuring full-funnel sales excellence.

This position demands a dynamic blend of macro-level sales strategy and tactical pipeline acceleration. You will operate with autonomy, analyzing high-volume pipeline dynamics, shaping commercial sales motions, identifying market opportunities, and driving product adoption across Google Ads, YouTube, and automated solutions. Your leadership will empower extended sales teams to deliver exceptional consultative value, maximize customer return on investment, and foster consistent, scalable business growth.

This role supports the AMER market and may require working non-standard hours. Responsibilities

Achieve ambitious quarterly business and product adoption targets. Manage the comprehensive commercial performance of a multi-million-dollar portfolio through diagnosing growth drivers, mitigating churn, and developing scalable sales strategies.

Ensure rigorous sales pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy. Analyze conversion funnels across the customer lifecycle to pinpoint bottlenecks, optimize pitch cadence, and maximize lead-driven business generation.

Elevate vendor sales leadership and frontline sellers from transactional pitching to impactful consultative selling. Provide coaching on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, pitch structure, and the Google Ads product suite (e.g., Performance Max, YouTube, Smart Bidding) to enhance customer ROI.

Lead critical weekly and monthly business reviews with senior vendor sales executives, effectively coaching partners to consistently meet quota.

Translate quantitative data, campaign performance, and market trends into actionable growth pipelines and scalable regional go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess 7 years of experience in operations or business management, coupled with extensive vendor management expertise.

Demonstrate 7 years of experience applying analytics or project management tools to resolve business challenges.

Preferred qualifications include experience managing or accelerating sales portfolios in regional/international markets within fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A proven track record of orchestrating portfolio turnarounds, exceeding business generation quotas, and inspiring high-velocity inside sales teams to drive consultative customer value is highly valued.

Robust working knowledge of core Google Ads solutions such as Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Gen is essential, with a demonstrated ability to align customer-centric business objectives with optimal product adoption and maturity journeys. The capacity to synthesize complex, high-volume performance data into actionable sales playbooks and executive growth roadmaps is key.

Strong command of structured sales methodologies, complex pipeline mechanics, lead-to-opportunity conversions, and objection handling is also a significant advantage.
