Cultivate and manage relationships with key GTE vendor service providers, ensuring high-quality output and successful customer outcomes through diligent oversight of service delivery performance. Lead comprehensive vendor performance and business reviews, including Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs & MBRs).
Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint operational gaps, inefficiencies, and commercial leakage. Partner with vendor sites and business stakeholders to devise and implement scalable, innovative solutions.
Oversee and refine operational processes such as contracting, budget management, capacity planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance. Act as the primary point of escalation for performance or supplier relationship issues, independently resolving operational bottlenecks.
Collaborate with diverse cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, including GPO, Finance, and Security, to execute complex strategic initiatives.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Possess 5 years of experience in operations or business management, with a focus on vendor management. Additionally, 5 years of experience utilizing analytics or project management tools to address business challenges is essential.
Demonstrated experience working within shared services, captives, or managing multi-vendor/Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Proven ability to monitor supplier performance metrics, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
Preferred qualifications include expertise in financial modeling, cost/spend analysis, and contract lifecycle optimization. Experience in engineering operations and vendor management, coupled with excellent communication and relationship management skills for conflict resolution, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities with a history of driving process maturity and continuous improvements are also valued.
