As a key member of the Core team, you will be an advocate for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure. Your contributions will ensure excellent, safe, and coherent user experiences while accelerating innovation across Google.

Manage and nurture relationships with key GTE vendor service providers, ensuring high-quality output and successful customer outcomes.

Lead comprehensive vendor performance and business reviews, including regular QBRs and MBRs.

Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint operational gaps, inefficiencies, and commercial leakage, then collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to implement scalable, innovative solutions.

Optimize operational processes, encompassing contracting, budget management, capacity planning, and Statement of Work (SOW) compliance.

Serve as the primary point of escalation for performance or supplier relationship issues, independently resolving operational bottlenecks.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, including GPO, Finance, and Security, to successfully execute complex strategic initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 5 years of experience in operations or business management, with a strong focus on vendor management.

Demonstrate 5 years of experience leveraging analytics or project management tools to address business challenges.

Prior experience working within shared services, captives, or managing multi-vendor/Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments is essential.

Proven experience in monitoring supplier performance metrics, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
