Join Capgemini as a Value Realization Office Leader, driving significant business outcomes within our global Digital Supply Chain services practice. This pivotal role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on pre-sales and delivery transformation through assessments, solution design, and large-scale transformation projects.
As a leader, you will champion the achievement of tangible client value, encompassing cost savings, service level improvements, working capital optimization, and enhanced resilience. Your expertise will bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and operations, ensuring clients realize the full benefits of digital and process transformation initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of supply chain management and deliver measurable impact for leading organizations.
Define and implement robust value realization frameworks for extensive supply chain transformation programs. Develop and validate compelling business cases, quantifying cost reductions, inventory optimization, and service level enhancements, all while aligning with client-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to embed value realization principles throughout solution design and implementation. Drive effective change management strategies to ensure sustained adoption and measurable outcomes. Engage directly with C-level executives (COO, CFO, Heads of Supply Chain) to present insights on value realization and program performance, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop innovative value realization frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets. Create industry-specific value benchmarks (e.g., CPG, Manufacturing, Retail) and support pre-sales efforts with differentiated value propositions.
A proven track record of at least 14 years in supply chain consulting or operations, with demonstrable success in driving measurable value within large transformation programs. Experience across FMCG/CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries, with a preference for multinational exposure, is highly desirable.
Possess a strong analytical ability to interpret supply chain operational data and high-level financial information, identifying opportunities and formulating data-driven strategies with insightful recommendations. Solid technical understanding of ERP systems and leading supply chain planning solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Anaplan, JDA) is essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with decision intelligence tools is considered a plus.
Demonstrate deep end-to-end supply chain management expertise, covering planning, order management, logistics, inventory control, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and network optimization. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ideally from a Tier-1 institution, is required, with an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics being advantageous.
