As a UX Writer, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our content strategy. You'll craft clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences across the entire Emergent product. This involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Researchers to translate complex technical and AI concepts into accessible language. You will write and refine UI copy for various product flows, develop content strategies and voice-and-tone guidelines, and advocate for human-centered communication. Your role will involve simplifying complex workflows, reducing user confusion, and enhancing usability and product adoption. You'll also contribute to establishing content standards and scaling content patterns, while presenting content decisions and refining UX writing processes.

We are looking for a UX Writer with 4-7 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Product Writing. You should possess a strong track record of writing for digital products, understanding how language impacts user behavior. The ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise experiences is crucial. Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional product teams, coupled with a solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, is essential. Excellent written English, with a keen eye for clarity, tone, grammar, and detail, is a must. You should be adept at developing voice-and-tone guidelines and comfortable using design and collaboration tools like Figma and Miro. The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment is also key. A portfolio showcasing your UX writing work and its impact is required.
