Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and translate findings into comprehensive experience strategies. Apply established UX methodologies such as contextual inquiry, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams within agile frameworks to deliver user-centered applications for web and mobile platforms.

Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy enterprise applications or SaaS platforms is highly valued.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability research, particularly in complex or regulated environments. Design accessible and inclusive user experiences adhering to WCAG standards. Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating research, systems thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Possess over 5 years of professional experience in designing user-centered applications for both web and mobile platforms. A proven track record in leading user research and translating findings into actionable experience strategies is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in UX methodologies, including contextual inquiry, persona development, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and heuristic evaluation. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is mandatory.

Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional agile teams (Design, Product, Engineering) and contributing to the evolution of design systems. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is beneficial for effective collaboration with engineering.
