Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into creative and thoughtful design solutions. Effectively communicate user experiences through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business needs into product updates, translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive interaction patterns. Develop and execute design strategies for assigned workstreams, ensuring consistency across scalable, agentic user experiences. Define feedback mechanisms and "human-in-the-loop" processes to maintain agent control and confidence in critical decision-making scenarios.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 4 years of experience in interaction design, product design, or UX design. Candidates must submit a portfolio, website, or relevant link showcasing their work. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in complex, cross-functional organizations and 1 year of experience leading design projects. Familiarity with AI tools for automation and prototyping is a plus.
