Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.

Articulate user experiences through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes at various design stages.

Incorporate user feedback and business needs into continuous product experience enhancements.

Translate sophisticated AI model capabilities into user-friendly interaction patterns.

Develop and execute design strategies for assigned projects, ensuring a consistent and scalable user experience.

Design feedback mechanisms and 'human-in-the-loop' processes to maintain agent control and confidence in critical decision-making.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.

Possess at least 4 years of experience in interaction design within product design or UX design.
